Deposit:: A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking your tour. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the tour begins.

**Cancellation and Refund Schedule:**
60 days prior to tour =	Full refund less $100. administration fee, plus any additional cancellation fees or charges which may be assessed by hotels or other suppliers.
45 - 59 days prior to tour =	50% of invoice/contract will be charged.
8 - 44 days prior to tour =	75% of invoice/contract will be charged.
0 - 7 days prior to tour =	100% of invoice/contract will be charged.
